Dog Collar World takes pride in our handmade and personalized items and our timely shipping. Please keep in mind that once an order is placed, we start the fulfillment process and changes canʼt be made. If special circumstances arise, please contact us via email at dogcollarworld@yahoo.com.

 

Exchanges

Dog Collar World gladly accepts exchanges on non-embroidered items. Exchanges must be made within two weeks of purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition and retain the original tags. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping and new shipping charges. An invoice will be sent to you with any new shipping charges, or you can enclose a check for $3.00. The buyer is responsible for the exchanged goods until the items reach us. Unfortunately, personalized items canʼt be exchanged or returned, so please refer to our size chart and measure your dogʼs neck carefully before placing an order. Feel free to email us via dogcollarworld@yahoo.com with any sizing questions before placing an order. Please keep in mind that embroidery is not only a science, but also an art. Our embroidery technicians will give every effort to provide you the best service. This means that the embroidery may not always be perfect, but we feel the quality exceeds the price! Because our items are handmade, they wonʼt always have right angles and perfectly straight lines. That is just part of the beauty of a Dog Collar World collar!

 

Shipping and Production

Dog Collar World takes pride in our timely shipping and production. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for production before your order ships. Orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking. USPS shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, however be prepared for shipping delays during the holiday season. Be patient….your order is on its way and worth the wait!
